Denver, CO – Earl Wright, Chairman of the Common Sense Policy Roundtable (CSPR) Board of Directors, announced Robin Wise as the newest member of CSPR Board.

“We are thrilled to announce Robin Wise as the newest member of our board,” Wright said. “She is a dynamo who is dedicated to bringing economic literacy and opportunity to Coloradans. I have absolutely no doubt that her contribution to our board will have a lasting and significant impact.”

Wise honed her skills over 29 years in leadership and management positions at major corporations and nonprofit organizations including Northern Natural Gas and the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce.

As the President & CEO of Junior Achievement-Rocky Mountain, Inc. (JA), Wise provides leadership and vision for the largest economics education organization in the region. Under her direction, the organization inspires student success through three vital pillars: entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and workforce readiness.

Since Wise took the helm of JA in 1992, the organization has grown from reaching just 8,000 students in the 1990/91 school year to reaching 126,000 in the 16-17 school year. Junior Achievement Rocky Mountain, Inc. is currently the 8th largest JA operation in the nation. JA’s hands-on, K-12 programs utilize nearly 6,000 business volunteers throughout Metro Denver, Northern Colorado, and Wyoming.

“I believe in the mission of CSPR and am proud to join the board,” said Wise. “CSPR has had a significant impact on issues facing our state and I sincerely believe the value of CSPR’s work is going to be increasingly important to the debate on issues ranging from transportation to healthcare and beyond.”
